Vegetable Burger

Ingredients
* Cooked Carrot – grated – 1no
* Cooked Potato- chopped – 1no
* Cooked beetroot – chopped – 1 no
(Mash all the three ingredients and keep it aside)
* Chopped onions – 1 no
* Parsley – finely chopped – 1 tbsp
* Bread crumbs- ½ cup
* Pepper powder – ½ tsp
* Salt - to taste
For garnishing
* Lettuce leaves – 1or 2
* Tomato – sliced – 1 no
* Onion – sliced into round shape – 1 no
* Homemade tomato sauce – 2 tsp
Preparation
Mix all the given ingredients and make it in to the shape of a cutlet (4). Grill and keep it aside. Now take a bun and cut it into two halves (horizontally).
Brush the lower half of the bun (inside) with some butter and pour some tomato sauce. Then keep lettuce leaves and then the grilled vegetables. On it, keep tomato and onion slices. Then keep the upper half of the bun and fix both the halves using a toothpick. A snack worthy of eating!!!!!!
Note: This is entirely different from the burgers available at fast food shops. It is free from all the artificial food materials.
